1. Acceptance of Terms

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at wtk999's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent conduct or exploitation of the platform.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Accounts subject to an open fraud investigation will remain suspended until the investigation is concluded.

8.3 Dormant Accounts
